Today, we have the D&S Off-Site Network, comprising of agents from all over the globe. What began as a necessity to find talent has given our company a unique advantage.
Agents who work independently from a satellite location show the highest level of work efficiency, contact ratios, and recovery per account. The Off-Site environment allows the agent the flexibility to achieve the appropriate management of time and effort.
Ability to Focus
Having Off-Site locations allows us to harness the strategic advantages of a remote workforce. Our Off-Site locations are not subject to the many factors that keep an employee from focusing on performance such as traffic delays and office politics.
